Oven Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
- Whole chicken size 1.5 kg (or larger)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
Help:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- in a small bowl, Mix olive oil, butter, chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, dried parsley, and dried ginger. This will be your spice and marinade mixture.
- Wash the chicken thoroughly under cold water and dry it gently with clean paper towels.
- Then massage the chicken from the outside and inside with the previous marinade mixture.
- Place the marinated chicken in an oven tray and place in the preheated oven.
- Grill the chicken in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the outer crust is golden and the meat inside the chicken appears translucent rather than meek.
- Once the chicken is well leveled, Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve grilled chicken with grilled vegetables or salads to your liking.
