- Warm water: 3 cups

- Tomato: 6 pieces (grated or ground in a blender)
- Olive oil: 6 tablespoons
- Oregano : tablespoon
- Salt: Sprinkle
- Tomato molasses: tablespoon
– For pizza:
- Chicken Breast: 300 grams (boiled and diced)
- Mozzarella : Cup (grated)
- Onion: 1 piece (cut into medium cubes)
- Black olives: 1/4 cup (rings)
Directions
- To prepare the dough: in a deep bowl, Mix dry ingredients until they overlap, Then add the oil and rub well, Then gradually pour water while kneading with your hands until you get a firm dough.
- Divide the dough into four equal sections and leave for about an hour to ferment.
- To prepare the sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat put the tomatoes, tomato molasses, olive oil, Leave the sauce to combine, Then add salt, and oregano and stir a little, Then remove from heat and set aside.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on the floured work surface.
- Place the dough in a medium-sized round oven tray and lightly stitch with a fork.
- Grease the top of the dough with olive oil, Then grease 3 tablespoons of sauce and spread the black olives, chicken cubes, and onions.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
